Cementex IR38-LC High Voltage Ratchet Wrench is tested to 1,000 volts and rated for use up to 1000 volts AC and 1500 volts DC. For use with 3/8″ drive sockets, this insulated ratchet wrench is reversible, has a lever control and an audible click and feel impulse.
