The use of the KL-0029-1303 Shock Absorber Holding-Down Clamp ensures that the piston rod is securely held and pressed down in the upper spring plate while the suspension strut is being pre-compressed with the aid of the KL-0029-10 / -10 A tool. Supplied with the KL-0029-10 / -10 A Coil Spring Pre-Compressor. The shock absorber hold-down unit ensures that the piston rod is held in the upper spring collar during preloading and also pressed down.
